    1. Overview:

    XH-9803A/XH-9803B is a kind of two-component reactive polyurethane solvent-free composite adhesive with good environmental protection properties. The A component is an isocyanate component, and the B component is a hydroxyl component. It is suitable for OPP, Interlayer lamination of CPP, PE, PET, NY, VMPET, VMCPP and other substrates.

    Notes:
    1. This product is suitable for OPP, PET, NY, VMCPP, VMPET, CPP, PE and other printing or non-printing film lamination, but not suitable for heating Application on sterilized flexible packaging composite products.
    2. Users should adjust the ratio between the two components according to their own product requirements and production technical conditions.
    3. The surface of the substrate to be bondedneeds to be corona treated, clean and dry, free from dust and oil, among which, /strong>The surface tension of PET shall not be lower than 42 dyne; when NY is used as the intermediate layer, it must be treated on both sides, and the surface tension shall not be lower than 50 dyne; the surface tension of OPP, CPP and PE shall not be lower than 38 dyne because.
    4. During the process of use, due to the variety of films, printing inks, lubricants and surface treatments of each user, the process conditions of the equipment and the structure of the packaging will vary , it is recommended that each user conduct a test before mass production.
    5.During the compounding process, it should be noted that the adhesive must be effectively mixed through a two-component mixing and feeding system and then added to the gluing device. The mixed adhesive is used before 30 minutes, and longer downtimes require cleaning of the gluing system as well as the glue metering, mixing, and conveying parts.
    6.After opening the package, it must be used within a short period of time, especially XH-9803A must be used within 24 hours after opening.
    7. During the process of gluing and compounding, the environmental humidity has a significant impact on the compounding effect. Generally, the relative humidity of the environment should be controlled below 75%.
    8. The aging reaction starts after compounding. It can be re-rolled and cut after 32-48 hours, and the best chemical properties can be achieved within 3-4 days after compounding. Ifthe adhesive is noticeably viscous or cloudy, it should be discontinued.
    9. XH-9803B+XH-9803A contains monomeric MDI (>2%), special protection should be paid during manual operation at temperatures above 40℃.
